PADI Open Water Pre-requisites
There are no special requirements for Pattaya Diving and Fishing Dive Center (Pattaya, Thailand) PADI Open Water course. Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn a PADI Open Water Diver certification. The minimum age for the PADI Open Water Diver or scuba diver certification is 15, which must have reached by the end of the course .Students under this age may join the junior scuba diver or junior open water diver programs. To start these courses you must be 10 years old prior to the start date of the course.
What will you do in the PADI Open Water course?
Throughout the Pattaya Diving and Fishing Dive Center (Pattaya, Thailand) PADI Open Water course, you’ll learn fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive equipment and techniques. You earn this rating by completing five pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water dives in the Ocean.
How Long will the PADI Open Water course take?
PADI Open Water program (as well as all the PADI programs) are performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate mastery of the course skills to Pattaya Diving and Fishing Dive Center Instructors. This allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you.
PADI Open Water Requirements
You will need the following:
* PADI Open Water Crew-Pak
* You need to view the PADI Open Water Video or DVD (We have a open water DVD in the shop but, you can also buy one if you choose to do so)
* Log Book

After the PADI Open Water Diver Course
