The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is the next step in the PADI Adventure Diver program. It contains five adventure dives. If you complete any three adventure dives you have earned your PADI Adventure Diver certification. Add another two for a total of five, and you will earn your Advanced Open Water Diver certification with Pattaya Diving and Fishing Dive Center (Pattaya, Thailand).
After your five dives, you’ll be more experienced, feel more comfortable in the water and simply enjoy diving more because you better understand the underwater environment

PADI Advanced Open Water Prerequisites
- You should be a PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent with another organization..
- You must be older than the age of 15 to earn the advanced open water diver certification.
- note: Divers who are 12-14 years old may obtain junior Adventure diver or junior Advanced open water diver certifications.
What will you do in PADI Advanced Open Water course?
The PADI Advanced Open Water certification includes any three of the following Adventure Dives plus one deep dive and one underwater navigation dive.

You will complete 5 dives over 2 days.

You will need to complete the following brochure at Pattaya Diving and Fishing Dive Center (Pattaya, Thailand) office:
- Adventures in Diving Crew-Pack
- Adventures in Diving Video
- Log Book

After PADI Advanced Open Water
After your PADI Advanced Open Water certification with Pattaya Diving and Fishing Dive Center (Pattaya, Thailand) you can take the next step by participating in the PADI Rescue Diver program. Adventure Dives can also count towards PADI Specialty Diver certifications. If you liked your Night Adventure Dive so much that you wanted to take a complete PADI Night Diver Specialty course, your Night Adventure Dive can count as the first dive of that specialty.
